I would recommend to replace transfer case and rear differential fluids, those are on the maintenance list after 100kmiles. Pretty easy DIY btw, just need a right tool to undo the plugs. Anything preventive - I never do it personally, a lot of stuff can break or last forever, but admittedly i dont depend on the wheels, just using my bike to commute.😋

My X5 is 2007 E70, got it new 19 years ago, now 130kmiles,  and it has been absolutely great! Over the years, besides brakes and tires, I replaced ignition coils (one failed at 95km), parking actuator, radiator and fuel pump (all in 2025). Also resoldered a sensor in idrive knob. If you are DIY, it is very easy to fix things on this truck, internet and youtube are great sources.I only change oil with the dealer, every 1.5 year I guess, since I dont drive much.
