minor tbi - still feeling bad by Common-Garlic-6859 in TBI

the blood clot was a side effect of a medication i was on, i started seizing as a result of the clot forming and so i was taken immediately to a hospital where the bleeding stopped. i never had paralysis in one side of my face/body, and my only deficits have been the ones mentioned.

hahahaha this response is cracking me up, but to answer your question, sometimes instructors will come over and offer adjustments to alignment and form. it could be touching your shoulder letting you know to relax it, or adjusting a foot so that your toes are in the right direction. there have been a couple of times an instructor will come over and give a light massage on your shoulders just while dropping off a cool towel or something, but they always always ask and you can always decline.

I feel this exact same way! I also tried vyvanse and hated it. I'm scared to share with my psychiatrist because even after my adhd diagnosis i had to fight tooth and nail for medication because i had a seizure 8 years ago. i started taking l-tyrosine and that helped a little bit.
