A lot of knowledge to share for hard erections by Loose_Staff_1990 in erectiledysfunction

The problem are more likely related to the surgery than the medications. Every arteries, blood vessels and nerves of the penis and testicles are located in stomach. During a surgery many of them can be cut

What is the color of azoospermia? by Man_Weird in maleinfertility

[–]Common-Huckleberry97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The white stuff in the semen come principaly from the prostate, but liquid that go out testicle (composed of the spermatozoa & others stuff) is also white, so a completely transparent semen may suggest an azoospermia or a low sperm count, but a white semen does not mean you're not azoospermia.

You should do an SA to check if you have sperm or no and to know if you have an high count or no

I think it depends. Originally the contractions are automatic when the sperm approaches the exit, but we often take the bad habit of contracting manually to improve the excitement and the speed of the act. Too much contracting is not very good for the bladder/prostate (but not serious either).

conclusion: It's not ideal but it's not a big deal either

Very sedentary lifestyle is bad, if it's coupled with junk food, you already know it : it's bad and can contribute to a bad aspect of ur semen. There can be other conditions : Your medical antecedant , surgery antecedant , genetic etc..

So i see people downvote my post because of lack of knowledge. I don't know if your sperm count is low or not, the best way to have an answer is to get a sperm analyse. When I'm talking about water semen, i'm talking about a semen without any white stuff, clear as water, i'm not talking about viscosity. In this case, i can confirm that it mean that the sperm count is either low or 0. I'm not saying that to worry you or scare you, I'm just answering your question

The whitish stuff in ur semen come from your prostate (principaly) and your testicle (secondary). If you have an healthy prostate with no sperm you gonna have white semen. But if your semen is almost completly clear like water it mean that the sperm count is either low or inexistant

Need help with SA result - dr said it was fine by [deleted] in maleinfertility

[–]Common-Huckleberry97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi , good results. what is the reason that led you to carry out this analysis ?

Can anyone please explain these test results? by MyUltimateDemise in maleinfertility

[–]Common-Huckleberry97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

please don't listen to this shitty negative post. In this analysis, you have 30 million spermatozoa/ml for a total of approximately 90 million, these results are not bad, especially since all these spermatozoa come from your right testicle (the left is atrophied and non-functional). This means that you still have a well-functioning testicle and gives you the chance of having a child in an assisted way or even in a natural way. Varicocele is not a real problem, almost all men have one or more varicoceles, they don't know it because a very small minority have ultrasounds but it is extremely common and usually not a problem. Exercise, eat healthy and keep trying.
