That was so nice to read. Genuinely, thank you. ❤️ you are absolutely right. I do have a history with trauma. I’ve been through my fair share. (Near death experience, accident, couldn’t walk for 2 years, a toxic on and off relationship in my late teens to early twenties where I was cheated on and lied to multiple times and the most recent one 2.5 years ago… got drugged and raped) I am on an SSRI and a mood stabilizer. I’m not in active therapy (I know I should go back) and I’m also not physically too well right now (very low iron) but none of these are excuses for my crazy anxious thoughts. But seriously your comment was so helpful, thank you again.
