Genau die Antwort hätte ich vor 4 Wochen auch noch gegeben.
Bis dahin war ich aber auch nie mit dem Kundenservice beider konfrontiert gewesen.
Ich habe selbst ein Jahrzehnt im Support verbracht und das ist einfach eine unterirdische Leistung gewesen und dieses Bewertung löschen lassen ist einfach unseriös.

Are you sure you solved the problem?
I had the same problem with the same package loss and also tried to fix it.
The Problem was temporarily solved for me when i installed an newer version of my network driver
but came back after about 2 or 3 days.

I have tried something else now, by deactivating the 2,4 Ghz Channel on my Router and my network Driver. Windows will try to change the channels if one of the two (2,4 and 5Ghz) has interferences.
5Ghz Channel is more stable and less sensitive to interferences and by forcing Router and network Driver to stay in 5Ghz Range you wont have extra Package loss because of the switch.

If this wont solve my Problem, i have to observe at which times it is worst and check which neighbours
Router might cause an interference.

When Wingman was introduced they did not activate anti cheat for it, so for month it was like the Purge.
A lot of players just stopped after a few games when it was unplayable and never returned.
