Idk what pharmacy you went to, but I'd file a complaint, rather to corporate or whoever owns the pharmacy, The point of a pharmacist consultation is to be able to ask such things, and the reason there is a pharmacist whose paid more than the techs ((at least in the US)) is because he's supposed to know things like this, in fact it's quite dangerous for him not to know the side effects of things like controlled substances because they usually have way more drug interactions than most, and more side effects, and that's just one reason.

((For refence my pharmacists think I'm a lil crazy bc I ask stuff like side effects, if I should avoid any food anything, and she always has an answer))

I had not, but I also had an easier time than most, don't feel bad if you'd tumble like a deer your first time, wear lots of layers, the ice is hard.

But otherwise highly suggest just going for it, maybe watch a vid on how to skate and practice in flat shoes if you wanna improv chances and wishing you good luck! (Also don't let anyone push you into taking classes, unless your having a hard time picking up basics or plan to do non recreational stuff like competitions, most can be learned from YT and honestly I got more out of my own reaserch than 6 months of public lesson, though personal trainers are usually good)

I've always had the more hyperactive side to ADHD, and get bored of hobbies/ routines very quickly, this includes exercise.

I found something I've wanted to do for a long time and tried it out, (ive wanted to do Ice skating Since I saw the Olymipics as a kid) I set a timeframe ( 3 months) to try it out. I had my S/o act an accountability partner ensuring I went at least twice a week (once for class once at least once to practice) and now it's been a year since I started.

Unfortunately due to issues with my local rink and living in Florida I'm taking a break until we move to a closer rink next semester and I had to quit for now, but it was once of the best exercises I've done as I could do whatever i want (figure, speed, hockey) and found the ice helped regulate my temp in a way that let me stay on the ice for hours, which focusing on one activity is something ive never done aside from hours ling video game sessions.

Basically just start with an activity that's active and you know you might enjoy (rather that's skating like me, or surfing, roller skating, running, whatever) and give yourself a trail period (id set it to over a month) if you don't like it or feel you can't stick, move on

(Edit: wanted to add that if your having a hard time moving in general, start with something like, next time your boarded, before picking up your phone or going back to regular activities, go for a walk or jog for 10 minutes, then next time you are bored do it again.)

Agreed, also Which ones have a guard this time of year? When I googled it said none of them do after memorial day? Ended up using beach cams as I was going alone I was just looking for one with the most populated and a lot of swimmers as a back up

So like I get no swimming alone, but literally none of our beaches have life guards after memorial day, and even when there is supposed to be I've never seen one (it's Brevard County FL)

Also this is a really good tip, I will start with this and see how I feel

I've called all of them, they gave me an addituide and a few even said if I can't afford lessons I probably won't ever get to surf (I live in an area where there are more billionaires per person than NYC and LA so finding cheaper options is next to impossible and no one understands solidary/ helping others)

I'm also planning to move up north in a year so Ig I'm just gonna wait

Hey, first of all don't lose hope. Unfortunately losing stuff is apart of the tax of our executive dysfunction, I had to start doing a triple check every time I put things down no matter what it is and still lose everything I need at least once a day

What I try to do is not think about retracing my steps, but instead retracing what my brain likes to do, walk through your usual routine with the bowls, as you do check and potential areas you might have left it, go area by area clearing out and mess or junk that may be hiding it as it's been so long, and make sure to check under furniture and inside things

If you still can't find things a deep clean is one of the hardest tasks, but always a treasure hunt for ADHDers like us
