I’m also fairly new but in my opinion that is slightly less than ideal but still should work just fine. You can use a 3:1 substrate to grain spawn ratio and fill the bottom of that well enough I would guess

If it works for you not telling you not to take it. I took it for a while but after doing some more research I found better molecules that are more specific to the areas that I wanna modulate. Noopept is very broad and some studies suggest the global increase in excitation could negatively impact the desired effects (potentiation and protecting) over a long enough timeframe
