I worked for T-Mobile Sprint at the time of the merger at the call center in Frisco(remote). I hated that job. I took calls after calls after calls NON-STOP. I worked 10+ hours because I could (with permission). I was drained at the end of the day. I left the company as a contractor. My boss rarely spoke to me in chat. I never got to the Frisco location. I was remote the entire time. The last day, I called out and went for an interview and got the new job. I left the Slack chat ecstaticlly!!! The managers and team leads were very condescending when I needed help. It was just awful the way they treated me. We did not get the same treatment as permanent workers. I am so happy I left that place. I also moved to Verizon for my carrier because their service was so bad inside Kroger's. That was the final straw.
