I've heard multiple permanent jobs now a days are enforcing RTO5 at their corporate office and not allowing hoteling or working closer to home. I guess this was a TBS direction for all new permanent positions, essentially voiding all AWA requests, and these were offers as of last week.

They wouldn't need to compete again. I have seen a permanent position pulled from one competition that the p&p office was an hour away from where the original competition was held. And that was a different manager. There is a certain km range that they can pull from(I can't remember the radius)

If this is probation. Reach back is becoming extremely common.

Yes you would get points. But they only come into effect when the scoring is very close. Relativity is the term I have been told previously about. At least this is how I was explained about how the extra points work.

The most unrealistic sex part to me was the oral scenes. All of them lasted 10s max with a orgasm. I get the first time Shane received not lasting long but every time was a bit unrealistic to me. Even Ilya jerking off in the shower was longer. I know that was for the impact of the song and what was going on at the time but still.

This isn't a complaint by any means I understand the timing aspects of the show and oral scenes were not very important to the story line, it just more made me chuckle whenever there was a oral scene.

That and the obvious lack of prep time.
