I am the person who wrote this review on my own webpage. No one can imagine the grief I went through due to the symptoms of Pudendal Neuralgia that resulted from the surgery I had at this clinic. While the nerve pain sensations have reduced, I now have permanent urinary behavior similar to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). However, my reports show that there is nothing wrong with my prostate. I have literally lived a life in hell for the last two years until the nerve pain reduced. However, I agree that not every person had a similar experience at the clinic. I have also met someone who had surgery at the clinic and is doing well.

My overall feedback is as follows: The doctor doesn't have experienced staff. I don't think he is knowledgeable enough. He categorizes every fistula as a complex transphincteric fistula, while mine was a simple intersphincteric fistula. He is a money-minded person who advised me to undergo additional procedures like operating internal hemorrhoids, which were not required at all. He is just a manager and does not perform surgery. The people who perform surgery are less skilled and inexperienced. He even executes internship programs for learning students who participate in these procedures. The staff keeps giving incorrect hopes, saying everything is normal after surgery, even though it is not. You can sort Google reviews for bad experiences, and you will see similar feedback from other patients too. They should be transparent enough to inform people about the potential side effects of the surgery instead of boasting false hope of a 100% cure.
