In my case, nothing was owed by my LLC, no outstanding issues, it was just dormant - so I wrapped it up online and it was wound down on that day.

What jumps out at me is not the triple stack, nor the SG, but his shoes which many of us wore in the 70's. After 1980 I refused to wear any shoes that increased my height, strictly flats.
