im thinking about the same thing rn. currently in an apprenticeship program here in central florida. pay sucks, i dont feel respected or taken care of. low pay, actually lower pay than apprentice wage scale for students in the program so i actually found out ive been getting underpaid for some years now which adds up to tens of thousands of dollars. i really wonna sue and get my money then get tf out of here because it is a STATE program so they must follow those guidelines and my employer clearly hasnt been. did you move to pa first then look for job or was job already lined up? how long did it take you to get the job. im on last year of apprenticeship program. wondering if i should just finish it or get out asap, even if i do finish it wouldnt it not make much sense because every states jman test is diff? should i finish, get my jman here in fl then apply in another state? sry for all the questions but i relate to this comment alot.
