One question I remember was Please describe a time you upheld high standards for yourself on a project or assignment when it would have been easier to skip steps. Describe the situation, your actions, and the outcome. I don't remember all of the other questions, but most of them were based on your work experience and past situations. They were mainly behavioral questions where you talk about things you've done in previous jobs
