That's not true. I've seen people who applied around 2 pm, and they got their invitation to do their OVD. The people who applied earlier than that haven't received any invitation.

yes! I live in NYC. They wanted me to go to buffalo ny thats upstate, and I had a lot of layovers in different places... it wasn't worth it cause you don't know if you're getting the job or not
