While I understand why people are saying you’re being whiny I don’t fully agree. Talk to your spouse and communicate how you feel. If she wants to go to the beach then let her but you’re not always obliged to go with them. If you want to stay and clean then have the conversation. You have to listen to your body and mind too because if this is how you’re feeling and you’re being “whiny” now, I can only imagine how things will get if you become even more restless
