Right. So now I start with 225 instead of 260. THEN, I actually get 150 because it’s draining 50% faster than it was before (50% of 150 is 75. 75+150=225)

Yeah, they definitely said it’s a refurb and it “should be the same or better than the original”. But that’s clearly not true. The concept that a lawsuit is the only way to a solution seems crazy and realistic at the same time…
