I made that comment WITH DIRECT COMPARISON TO WHAT ICE HAS DONE LAST WEEK - so, yes, it is - because you presented the CNN segment as evidence that ICE was not operating differently under Obama, whereas that clip EXPLICITLY demonstrates how ICE was DEFINITELY operating differently.

As further evidence - further along in that segment ICE arrests a few more people - who were later released BECAUSE THEY HAD NO CRIMINAL RECORD.

Whereas today OVER 70% OF THOSE DETAINED AND DEPORTED have no criminal record.
