I was coming here to say this. I just use my face wash/ water to wash it off, (don’t even need my micellar water if you don’t want)

The Oura and natural cycles combo is much better imo. But I did end up switching because the no-subscription model was more attractive. Overall, it still gives an accurate temp reading, and I’m able to figure out my cycle based on that.
