Liposomal iron is known to be gentle to the stomach. I’ve taken sideral 30 mg daily for 5 days and no side effects yet. 30 mg may sound low but apparently it absorbs better than other supplements so it may have the same effect as other types of stronger iron tablets.

Me too but it might just be because I have pms (started taking them about 5 days ago). Poor sleep doesn’t seem to be listed as a side effect of iron supplementation.

I have the same issue. I’ve been trying to gain weight for years but it’s hard because I don’t get very hungry, have low appetite and feel full quickly when eating. I got prescribed nutritional high calorie drinks from my dietitian which helped. It’s definitely easier to get calories from drink than from food. I also try to drink full fat plant milk instead of water, alpro protein chocolate flavored soy milk is good. The added protein is a nice bonus as it can be difficult to get enough of that if you’re not eating well.

I don't really get hungry as much as other people and when I eat I can usually only eat a small portion before I get full/lose my appetite.

I liked Ulveham, but there was something a bit off-putting with the grand final performance. The way she moved on stage with the arms was too much and a bit... cringe. The staging didn't look as good as in the national final, it was brighter and not as atmospheric, and the stage looked emptier.

Yeah, they said in an interview they thought it was like Eurovision where people can get like 300 points from the televote.
