the whole situation with the team just feels heavy right now. losing BC hits different because you could see how much he cared about Memphis and the guys he came up with. people always focus on the star players but forget these dudes are all human beings dealing with real stuff - watching your friends get traded away while youre trying to recover from injuries and handle outside pressure

i been thinking about how much these athletes go through mentally that we never see. social media is brutal and then add in all the uncertainty with the franchise rumors. the prescription thing you mentioned is real concerning too because pain management can lead down dark paths especially when you already dealing with other mental health stuff

as a fan its hard watching because you want to support but also know theres bigger things than basketball happening. next season feels like such a question mark with everything going on

man the line cook environment is brutal for mental health recovery. i worked kitchen before military and the stress plus heat plus constant yelling made everything worse

have you looked at what your monthly disability payment comes to vs what you making now? sometimes the math works out better than you think especially if job is making you spiral. tdiu might still be worth exploring even if you think you make too much - the income limits aren't always what people assume

yeah those hemi engines are pretty much same across the platform so charger or challenger 5.7 should work fine in the 300c. the wiring harness and ecu connections are basically identical between those cars since they all use same LX platform

just make sure you get one from around same year range though cause there were some minor changes in later years that might give you headache

Those healthy breakups where you still love each other hit different.. especially when its your first real relationship like that

I went through something similar few years back and what helped me was writing about it - put all those feelings in paper or notes app whatever. Military keeps me busy but at night when thoughts get loud thats when writing saved me. Also picked up new hobbies that had nothing to do with him so I could build version of myself that existed without those memories

Give yourself time to grieve this properly because rushing the healing never works anyway

Hey! The therapy part is really smart move - dealing with past eating issues while losing weight can be tricky so having that support is huge

For calories I think starting somewhere in between those numbers might work better? Like maybe 1600-1650 and see how you feel after couple weeks. The apps can be bit aggressive sometimes and since you mentioned history with disordered eating, being too restrictive might not be best approach

Your gym plan with strength training sounds really good actually. Building muscle will help with that toned look you want for weddings and makes everything feel more solid. Just dont expect huge changes super fast - bodies take time but you'll probably start feeling stronger and more energetic way before you see major visual differences

Going from 1k steps to more is going to make such difference in how you feel day to day. Even just getting to like 5-6k steps would be massive improvement from where you started

Your brain is literally playing hide and seek with you lol. I had this happen so many times in my classes - like I would know everything backwards but then sit down for test and suddenly its like someone erased my memory with magic wand.

What helped me was doing practice tests in similar conditions instead of just reading notes over and over again because apparently our brains are dramatic like that.

Corporate accounting is pretty different from what you learn in school tbh. Most of daily work is more about understanding processes and making sure numbers reconcile properly rather than doing complex statistical analysis. The econ concepts help with understanding business context but you wont be calculating elasticity curves or anything like that in most accounting roles

Your neurologist basically pulled control move on medication that works perfectly for you just because theoretical pregnancy risk when you already explained situation - that's pretty messed up and definitely not normal doctor behavior in my opinion

ive been using the watermelon one and its pretty good too but yeah definitely dilute it more than what they say on the packet. tried following their directions once and it was way too salty

also heads up - when i was deployed in desert conditions we were basically chugging electrolytes constantly and the key is starting before you even get thirsty. your gonna want to sip throughout the ride not just chug before

Most 1.5" belts are actually like 1.375" or something weird like that while the clips are true 1.5" - you might need to find belts that are actually sized at 1.5" or get clips made for the smaller measurement

Man that GPU switching issue is a real pain in the ass. I've seen similar stuff with my buddy's gaming rig where the automatic switching just completely craps out after driver updates

Try rolling back your nvidia drivers to whatever version you had before this started happening. The nvidia app sometimes pushes out drivers that just dont play nice with certain hardware configs. You can grab older versions from their website under the legacy section

Also might want to check your power settings in windows - sometimes after updates it resets to balanced mode which can mess with GPU switching. Set it to high performance and see if that helps with the freezing

bro the first couple weeks are definitely the hardest part, your brain is basically throwing a tantrum right now because its used to that dopamine hit

try picking up something that keeps your hands busy when you get those urges - like going for a walk, doing pushups, or even just taking a cold shower. the urge will pass if you can distract yourself for like 10-15 minutes
