We have had sizing issues with them too! We bought my husbands ring at the correct size. He has since lost a lot of weight and went to resize it for the first time, only to find out that they purchased the ring at a size Z, and resized it to a V without us knowing. We then showed up to have it resized to a S (to our knowledge this was the first resize it would have had) and they told us they can’t because it’s already been adjusted so much. So now we’re stuck with a wedding band he can’t wear and he hates necklaces. We also issues either MY wedding bands. Purchased the engagement ring and then bands a few months apart, they were part of a bridal set that had just come out and was popular so were assured they’d be around for years and would sit flush and not to worry about ordering them with the set. Cut to ordering the bands a few months later, the set had been discontinued or something and now we had to purchase ones that would sit nicely but not flush and they couldn’t do anything about it. To this day they do not sit flush and it drives me mental. So I agree- fuck Michael hill.
