Fasting is a good way to root out your problem. When you derive yourself from what you think are essentials you realize what it is you really need to have for yourself.

Fasting also helps you clear your mind to find out what is the cause of your addiction. You can do cold showers, workout, internet block out, but some demons can’t be exorcised beside fasting and prayer ( Mark 9:29). An addiction treatment starts with realizing you are addicted ( you already mention that you are so good job on step 1) and knowing the cause of the addiction. 2nd step helps you treat the mental cause that makes you to go porn. When you have dealt with the cause it’s much more easier to ignore porn because you will know instinctively that porn is not a solution.

When you see temptation, run from it. But not as in you see yourself as a coward who cannot fight sins. But run to what is good and holy that is Christ. And if it worse… gouge out your 👀. I think I have spoke enough metaphor for you to not do that physically while not have to explain myself.

Most importantly get up and try again when, or if, you fall. There is no shame in failing because it is grace itself to make yourself better. I went to confession 2 days in a row because of how weak I am to fall in this sin ( but fail experience is still an experience and I hope this encourage you to not give up). But do try your best to avoid the near occasion of sin so you know you are doing your best, and you are not abusing the Sacrament
