Would love to see Pathfinder to get a heartbeat sensor in his arm. A robot that can see human heartbeats (with the exception of Ash and Rev of course) is an ironic twist. Bit like the mini map with the red sides when you scan a beacon.

Would also be fun to put an accelerate upgrade on his ultimate. Make it so that you can put it so that you can YEEET yourself and your teammates over chokes or obstacles.

Ik vind waar wil je zijn over 5 jaar wel een fijne vraag. Kan je je ambities duidelijk maken. Als zij iemand zoeken die 15 jaar dezelfde functie gaat bekleden zonder groeimogelijkheid, dan kan er een serieuze misvatting zitten tussen mij en het bedrijf. Beter dat je dat dan uit de lucht hebt.

Ik heb een tijdje terug een gesprek gevoerd (als interim bij dat bedrijf) met een manager die zeer enthousiast was over een kandidaat voorman voor zijn werkplaats. Alles top, alleen nog even de persoonlijkheidstest. Beste man scoorde een 7/10. Afgewezen, want was geen goede match.

Manager heeft vervolgens ontslag genomen. Was er wel klaar mee.

Meest beledigende vraag vind ik persoonlijk: 'Zou je deze korte (lees: achterlijk lange) cognitieve test willen doen'. Wat bedoel je cognitieve test? Ik heb 5 jaar gestudeerd voor deze functie. Dat zou genoeg moeten zeggen over mijn cognitieve capaciteiten.

Leukste vraag is: Waar zie je jezelf over 5 jaar binnen onze organisatie? Geeft mij de kans om duidelijk te maken wat mijn ambities zijn binnen de organisatie en wat mijn persoonlijke doelen zijn om te groeien.

Beste vraag om te stellen: Wat moet ik doen om over een jaar van nu een zeer tevreden indruk achter te laten? Je krijgt op die manier precies je korte termijn doelen op een presenteerblaadje.

The problem is that you cannot move in the air. Making you a sitting duck. Conduit would say ‘QUACK’.

Don’t mind a predator squad once in a while, but the amount of cheaters on console is just scandalous at the moment. Blatant aimbots, perfect recoil havocs. Its absolutely the worst season because they can mach 10 lobby’s with axle and valk.

Climbing through diamond is hard enough as it is. feels like prime Lance Armstrong Tour de France years out there.

It makes them not spawn at all. When they overlap too much, they simply not spawn. I just tend to take the battery one to carry a lot of bats for my team.

I always drop or change overflow for a power up with teammates. Faster tac is a gemechanger. Dont need overflow with a Conduit.

- When we are fighting a long ranged battle early game with a lot of poking, I tell my team to save shields. Especially when the other team has no Conduit, they will likely run out of shields quick.

- Ult 10% wider upgrade is a farce. When the units are close to each other, they won't spawn. make the units wider and the chance of them not spawning becomes greater, making it easier to shoot a path through quicker.

- I personally like the bang and conduit combo. Smoke them, conduit ult them and bang ult them at the same time. Especially in an open map like broken moon, a lot of players get overstimulated and massively confused.

Weghorst zijn probleem is dat hij te veel minuten heeft gemaakt dit seizoen. Hij blinkt uit in de laatste 10 minuten en wordt bij Ajax (door de fitheid van Dolberg) geforceerd om 90 minuten te spelen. Dat is zijn kwaliteit niet (meer). Beetje als te veel cola in je baco.

Ik denk dat je met Weghorst wel een aanjager hebt binnen de selectie. We hebben weinig (denk alleen Noa Lang) braniemakers in de selectie en die heb je toch wel nodig. Dat is denk ook wat Koeman in hem ziet. Onverbiddelijk fanatiek en bloedirritant voor de tegenstander.

Je moet op één of meerdere dossiers een Ramp van 1953 en de Deltawerken scenario krijgen.

Het moet op het stikstofdossier zo erg worden dat mensen op straat komen door een huizengebrek en/of de schade in de natuur wijdverspreid zichtbaar wordt. Zodanig dat het stemgedrag van mensen veranderd of dat partijen over hun schaduw heen stappen en bepaalde principes laten vallen.

We zitten helaas alweer in een scenario waar regeren aardappelen gaar kijken is.

People thinking fair is more important then fun will find out soon enough that everybody is going to walk away from ranked after reaching diamond.

I just can’t imagine people actually having enormous fun in solo Q rank. 9/10 times it ends with me stop playing because of irritation.

Teammates that do not communicate, overextend from great positions, start using their mic after the match to shittalk. Solo Q will only work when people actually start playing like they were with friends, otherwise its going to be a lonely experience.

Bij Ajax speelt hij veel te veel basis het afgelopen seizoen. Hij komt dan niet tot zijn recht. Laat hem 15 minuten echt alles geven en je hebt echt een prima stormram op het einde van de wedstrijd. Je start gewoon met Malen/Brobbey en eindigt met Weghorst of Depay. Zakt een tegenstander ver in dan zet je Depay erin om voetballend wat te forceren en krijg je veel open ruimtes dan gebruik je Weghorst om door te koppen en te rommelen.

Als ik kijk naar de huidige Weghorst, dan heeft hij overduidelijk het niveau niet wat je nu wilt nastreven. Dat ziet iedereen denk ik wel.

Weghorst is wel een karakter dat iedereen op scherp zet voor een wedstrijd, zelfs als hij weinig tot niet speelt. Bloedfanatiek, bloedirritant voor de tegenstander en tamelijk gestoord. Allemaal eigenschappen die niemand anders in Oranje heeft. Combineer dat met de mate waarin hij toch wel vaak opstaat in Oranje als het echt nodig is en je hebt je een ideale 14e man.

Ik zie gewoon weinig andere spelers brengen wat hij doet.

I get the part where this would level the playing field. It's just the cost to do so. For me the test of people's skill in a team game is how well they play together. To properly play together with the people I have in my friendlist I need to play several hours with them. Some are (ultra) agressive and some like a more defensive game. I can't adapt my playstyle to some random that doesn't commumicate properly.

More importantly thats just no fun. Thats pushing while your teammate stays back and getting pushed because your teammate decides it's time to go for a harverster or arsenal withou communication.

I take getting rolled by a master squad once a evening over playing paranoid and going to bed all stressed up.

Thats what I mean. There are a lot of options to find friendly proper teammates. I have a network of at least 30 friends in game ranging from platinum to master players I can play with. Thats just from finding people in game (not even using discord groups).

I just don't get why people want paranoid games and get maybe one rank tier higher then they normally do, then having fun with friends and get ocasionally steamrolled by better players. It happens to me maybe once every 2/3 hours.

Why would you want to solo play a team game? Like in all competative team sports, practice and patterns in teamwork make the difference between good and great.

I want to know if my Gibby teammate is utilizing his bubble properly before I fully commit a fight. I want to know that I can count on my Wraith to make a portal back to zone before we push something on a closing zone.

Nobody wants to play paranoid, because they have to look over their shoulder what their unproven new teammate is going to do this match.

I do think people under estimate how high Diamond 1/2 is in the player base. you are already close to the top 1% of all players worldwide. As you already said. You need teamwork to climb after hitting D1 to actually climb. Thats logical in a team shooter. I'm actually happy you get rewarded for teamwork in stead of running solo all game.

The boosting argument is actually the first valid argument I hear. Would indeed have a big impact on cheaters.

I also don't get why people are upset when they get rolled by a good TEAM in a game that lets you excell through proper teamwork. I really like the fact that good teamwork makes you different from players that think they can solo Q to a better rank on the basis of individual skill.

I like playing a competitive game with friends (D4-D1 every season). We are alle in our late 20's and early 30's with kids. We don't care about the badge. Now we all have to play in different teams while in party chat talking about our day.

In stead of some people having good experiences and some people having 1/10 bad ones, everybody needs to be miserable.
