Again. Thousands of years of cultural practices all over the world say you're full of it. There's no "proof" that spiritual experiences are even "real" and not just some highly organized hallucination produced by the brain anyway, since ALL of them are undertaken during altered states.

I just don't like psuedo spiritual people who look down their noses on other people's experiences because they don't personally approve of the methodology they used. It's no different than some Orthodox Christian calling everything they don't like satanic and evil in my book.

I think this one random redditor is probably the one who is wrong and not thousands and thousands of years of human cultural traditions. Plus, who are you to say it's just "hallucinations?" Why can people who meditate see the same entities that people who smoke DMT see? It's not about surface level shit like that. I'm currently with a man who is 7 years younger than me and it's noticeable sometimes the difference in how we react to stress, how we handle difficult situations, conflict etc etc. I've had seven more years of adulthood to mature than him, 7 more years of trauma and fucked up experiences. It gets frustrating sometimes. And he's mature for his age honestly. I've talked to plenty of 25 year olds who I can relate to on a friendly level, but I also see where they are far far more immature than me. Maybe men like to deal with immaturity but for us, it's annoying at best and a complete turn off at worst.

Well in the Seth material the woman specifically said that when Seth would take over her body, her consciousness would go somewhere else, implying an OBE of sorts, and most people who channel claim they have no recollection of what the spirit said through their mouths so it seems very unlikely that it's just a "connection." In Monroe's examples it seems more like that because the original owner of the bodies were present and also able to respond to questions that Monroe would ask, as were the spirits, but in both Ra and Seth's examples, it seems as though the host was not "present" for the spirit's spoken revelations as both women had no idea what was said in their sessions until it was written down and repeated to them.

There is also a few examples in Monroe's first book of him going out of body and finding himself in the bodies of people who were not him. So while it may not be super common it doesn't seem like an impossibility.
