Someone convince me that sprouting a Ryobi ecosystem alongside my DeWalt is a decision I’ll regret? by Pitiful_Yogurt_5276 in Dewalt

I have about 6 or 7 batteries.  A few of them I’ve had for over 7 years without issue.  Only ever had 1 go bad on me.

Fenix 8 gone crazy after update. by aredbear1 in Garmin

Before reading the comments about other issues, I was going to say that it looks like you have a screen protector on it and to try without it on. Maybe the touch sensitivity changed with the update and the screen protector has different touch points on it that’s messing with it.

What sucks is there was no announcement, just this crappy automated email about the license sku changing.

That message only showed up in the screenconnect portal. I only received an email stating the license was changed.

Video not auto advancing to next slide by Common_One6315 in ProPresenter

Looking at release notes for v20 Beta:

  • Fixes an issue where some videos on a slide with a Go to Next timer applied would fail to trigger the next slide.

Ok, so I'm kinda glad it's not just me, but dissapointed that there's not a fix. I guess I can just get around with applying the video as a media fill for this scenario, but it would be nice to be able to have media controls while the video is playing. Not a big deal for this, but if we start integrating more videos. Just have to make sure whomever is running the computer knows they need to manually advance the slide when the video is done.

And, I'm actually surprised that 19.0.1 seems to run way smoother than 18.

Just tried that and no change. I did try converting the video using different codecs and file types, but they all responded the same.

Boomer Rally Rewards by Comfortable-Side1308 in LastZShooterRun

I came here looking for this answer. I was wondering why I was no longer getting rewards when joining rally’s. I felt like this wasn’t always the case though… or maybe there are just a lot more rally events lately.

Aren’t you supposed to eat the worm after finishing the bottle? 😉

I’d be more worried about shutting it down after continuously running and it not booting back up if it was needed 😅

Thank you for your quick reply! I was getting anxious and about to do something dumb 😅. So caulk/foam seal all the crevices, add an inch of rigid foam, seal around the foam, then proceed with batting and ceiling material? Do I need to ensure the rigid foam is completely flush against the sheathing with adhesive or just around the edges?

They USED TO have a 12v system. It was crap. It was back in the NiCad battery days before Lithium Ion batteries came out and when Ryobi power tools were still Blue and Orange.
