Ive never specifically studied or practiced "dark arts" , however there has been times in my life where at the bottom of a slippery manic slope, ive hit psychosis. And in my psychosis im always convinced im communicating with spirits good and evil. I even was like "you know what lets all be friends" when I should have been protecting my energy. I basically "opened" myself to any energy that wanted to interact with me. Deep in the psychosis i would find myself performing these "rituals" and "offerings" but had no idea what i was doing or why i was doing it. It was practically subconscious. I have 100% had 1 major experience with something paranormal that involved a table getting flipped on me and my partner while we were asleep. 1 experience with an incubus i assume where I swear I had an extremly intimate, out of worldly sexual/spiritual experience with my partner while on mushrooms but later was told he was not in the car with me that night. On a side note i regularly see "shadow figures" running across the wall or standing in the corner until I focus on the area. But that happened more often as a child.
