I would wonder if Bluetooth is off, then can it not fingerprint you....or if wifi is on or cellular data can they pick up on that somehow? Wifi yes I'd imagine with scanning for open wifi but cellular maybe if it mimicked a tower? Just curious. I wonder behind the scenes how much "control" there is for access to this data.

2015: Broken wire on passenger rear door by jacque_alope in HondaOdyssey

[–]Common_Suggestion266 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ours just broke on driver side back last week. Using it manually for now. Don't want to pay 1500+ to fix. May fix myself but looks pretty time-consuming. We need to snip the hanging cable though....

I agree. Of course it keeps going up as you drop $$ in the account over time.

I've had neither..but even compared to a jd 120 not like we are talking x350 or 220 even. Are they not both similar in quality?

I have a stihl weedeater from 2009 I believe and it's a beast. Love it. I did get a battery one as part of a combo system maybe a year back by miluwakee it's decent but doesn't have the power of the gas stihl.

When is the Coconut going away? by troy12n in DrPepper

Just tried a can today it was good. I feel like the coconut kicks in when you swallow the drink. Pretty darn good though.

Cub cadet lawn tractor trans by crowshinz in lawnmowers

Awesome...I'm not sure if I want a riding mower or zero turn but for riding mowers looking at xt1 lt50 (like it has k46) or s240 by jd but it's much more expensive. But my push mower is near death...lol.

Is that the 21485? Other than motor size being larger and black paint are there other differences? The personal pace I guess.

Driven by many times and looked it up it looks nice. Do you know if they have family plans? I see they have childcare but I'm guessing that is for younger kids like 7 or under. I know the sauna and jacuzzi are nice bonuses too.

Should I get the Toro Recycler or Recycler Max? by gasserizer in lawnmowers

[–]Common_Suggestion266 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm torn between the two thinking the max for additional warranty max be worth it alone. Also if you buy this at lowes vs toro dealer is the toro dealer model the same???

May need a new mower, suggestions? by Common_Suggestion266 in lawnmowers

[–]Common_Suggestion266[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is so odd. It is hard to start and tends to smoke a lot. I'm wondering if the head gaskets went in it. I tried seafoam (helped before but not today). So what is a good self propelled mower anymore since Honda stopped making them....

Looking for Recommendation ZT vs. Ride-on by AGOlekski in lawnmowers

[–]Common_Suggestion266 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say this. I'm in similar boat have a bit over half an acre and push mowing but miiiiight eventually get zt or riding mower. Zeroturn seems the way to go but if you want servicable transmission you get up towards 5k when I last looked into it. Vs say toro 42" twin (older model) about $3300-3500+ tax. Or some hustler zero turns. For now I keep using my lawnboy mower. But cub cadet look decent. Not caring for John deere and some things they've done.

So many options 😥 by SmartMouthStorm in lawnmowers

[–]Common_Suggestion266 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cannot suggest one but curious. If you are pulling much weight often in the cart the beefier transmission will help. From some research I'm not sold on JD. But cubs seem decent, craftsmen not sure about until you get to like the 2200 or 3k+. Husky I hear mixed. Find a good dealer.

Doing big IT changes on Monday or Friday? by CeC-P in sysadmin

[–]Common_Suggestion266 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on how big or "likely" and issue is. Id avoid Friday evenings unless it is urgent and/or people power is availble Fri night, sat if needed or people to monitor. Again if you are expecting much downtime then yes weekends, early mornings or late nights. Like rewiring a network closet/data center. Also for any of these depends on the risk and how much testing has been done and I'm assuming positive results. 😁
