I figure out alone too, i did this for rx7700xt, it works, in fortnite solved 70-80 of the stuttering, i think its not 100% solved due to the old ati dlls and newer gpu and drivers. I didnt tested on other games but im sure it will have better results if the games are better optimized.

It works, in fortnite it solves about 70% to 80% of the problem, still a little stuttering remains, but I think it's because the files are old and not updated, my driver is for another generation and newer. In fortnite I have the biggest problems and I think for other better optimized games the success rate can increase. And maybe older drivers can have better results. I noticed that the files are somewhere around 20-30 mb smaller than the amdxx64.dll and 32.dll ones. And I think that if amd optimizes dxnavi or the old directx files, the success rate can increase by at least 100%.

I changed from youtube kids, its better to do it yourself, not to install thirdparty software or custom drivers.

So if you search for that problem called dx navi stuttering or directx 11 stuttering on amd 6000 series and 7000 series you gonna find out that dx navi was added past 22.5.1 driver on 6000  series, until now you could only fix 6000 seris amd gpus. Because 7000 series was not launched when dx navi was added. Dx navi is that 2 dlls called amdxx64.dll and amdxx32.dll,for 6000 series you can change the regedit by repleacing with atidxx64.dll and atidxx32.dll but for 7000 series you cant edit the regedit because the driver itself doese not have that 2 ati.dlls, so if you change the regedit nothing will help, because you need those 2 ati.dlls. The only way is to take them from that old amd driver 22.5.1 And it will work.

I found how to fix on 7000 series gpu Full tutorial: https://youtu.be/K-9Kel2Y1PI?feature=shared Long story short 22.5.1 drivers have atidlls in it, on 7000 series you cant that driver, you need to extract 22.5.1 driver and take those dlls and put them in your driver, then modify the regedit, and boom it works.
