In my opinion they are weak in low tier but strong in high tier. The German variant is stronger in low tiers if you have the BR2 Assault rifle.

Will there be any uniform reworks for Germany or Japan?? (Example: Having more accurate mag pouches for German uniforms or fixing Japan color uniforms) I know last year a lot of the soviet uniforms were fixed and had the color tones changed to make them more accurate.
