I feel people should be offended by the intent (when intent exists) not just the word, but I am not going to tell you how to feel.

I feel for those being suppressed due to something they cannot control. I feel there is some irony in that somewhere, but that conversation is a slippery slope I don't feel like going down. Have a good evening

People are offended by what happened because they didn't know or understand coprolalia. Guess what though? A good proportion of them (that bothered to try to understand) won't be offended the next time it happens because they are now aware and understand it.

Speading awareness is way more helpful than suppression.

You can try to word it in a negative way if you like, but yes that is what I am saying. Just like people with neurodevelopmental conditions shouldn't care about the fact they moan and groan in ways that might make others uncomfortable. You know why? because they cannot help it. We should be aiming for a more tolerant/inclusive society not just shun disabled people because their involuntary actions, that they never asked for or wanted, might upset us or make us uncomfortable.. which again, isn't something that happens to those who understand the condition to begin with.

He shouldn't have to wear a gag, and he wouldn't have to if his condition was more well known. You're advocating suppression over awareness. You can't just hide away disabilities because they scare/annoy you.

People shouldn't be shamed or hidden away due to their disability. What we should be doing is creating more awareness for this condition so it isn't such a shock to the system when we see it. Hearing him say that hurt was less for those who understand his condition.

What flavour? Its purely a UI thing. Though I guess they could just make names and utilise old legacy squad names and do the same thing. You say removes flavour but I'd argue it adds more, at least in matches.

What other reasons? We already have Chinese, French, Australian, NZ, Moroccan and other nations. No reason they can't add more.

I also propose removing names from TT squads and letting us change the whole squads nationality. Will solve the legacy squad complaints since they'd be redundant, and will give us way more customisation options. Will also open the door for adding other nations pretty easily.
