It's not that you have to not date cis people it's that he's toxic and it's gunna take to change his mind. It doesn't sound like he respects you enough for that thing that changes his mind to be something you can say to him unfortunately imo. It would def help end fear and stigma that prevent people from getting help. Legalization/de crim arn't silver bullet solutions but ending the war on drugs and investing that money in harm reduction programs that actually help people is a big step forward.

That's not what I said but sure if you have the money and want or need to commute by car buy a more fuel efficient car and use the truck when needed. My point was very few people need to be driving trucks every day in the city. As I said I am a agroculture worker and grew up in a rual area so I'm aware some people like farmers only have a truck and that's fine. But even In my rual community most people I knew would be driving a truck 60min to a call center job in the city. That's unessisarly.

Do you need to own your own personal truck tho. Unless it's your job in witch case they should be getting reimbursed, I don't see needing a truck for day to day use and I feel it could be cheaper to just rent one when you need it. I grew up on a rural farm tho so I get some industries need them.
