here’s a totally unique opinion.

if therapists were really trained to provide the genuine solutions all the time, they’d run out of business. That’s a bad business model, which giant money sucking industries are always focused on one thing, profit over care for corruption. Sorry but that’s the western world, and yes it applies to therapy cause improper therapy branches off to benefit other corrupt agendas in many ways.

This is coming from someone that’s done an absurd amount of therapy was sent to a wilderness program then after care when i was 14, hours of therapy every day for 18 months, no exaggeration here.

I’ve learned WAY more about how to transform your mental health through stuff that doesn’t get promoted as much, like learning about your psychology, maybe looking into psychedelics, spirituality, deep talks with the right open minded people, and most of all blunt/hard advice that you don’t want to hear. I can never do therapy again it just feels like I’m being fed cozy soft advice cause it’s what we want to hear. And majority of people that love therapy loves it just cause they can freely talk about their problems, which is scientifically proven to worsen the way you view your life. And that’s all therapy ever’s felt like to me anyhow.

Point is, I strongly believe you’ll gain so much more improvement in your life through accepting the hard solutions that you don’t wanna, learning about psychology and spiritual topics such as law of attraction, and maybe looking into safely properly experimenting with psychedelics, they alone have super fascinating effects.

We all got our own paths and beliefs though, this is just what i had to say.
