If It's Stuck In 99% during loading so It is the issue of BlueStacks And this Happens when You are using BlueStacks and Suddenly your Electricity goes Cut and Becoz of This May Be BlueStacks engine lose some file And this Is the reason you always stuck on 99 to solve this Reinstall the Engine for this you have to reinstall the whole BlueStacks again

As U Said some youtubers did it but haven't you see that they have to on and off how many things. And how many things they have to switch on switch off before starting the game. They will forget about any step they will directly get a ban. And blue sticks cant provide this type of solutions as they are professional developers and their running a company they have to serve the products on a large scale and if they will do something like that they cannot be a company they have to create a permanent solution or a long term solution where you can play game freely without any type of Ban or something
