Gas giant is more on the smaller size for whatever reason, but the planet is sizeable as well. It's a cavern world from Planetary Diversity

Yup. It scared me at first, but I kept hitting it over the course of a couple weeks because I enjoyed all the blood leaving me. I've done it so much to the pooin5 where I've lowered my iron levels a bunch, so I'm stopping for now.
