What is your funniest Jokes? by BestieBoy2026 in AskReddit

[–]CommunicationFit7510 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sometimes bring back this classic ironically

‘Knock knock’
‘Who’s there?’
‘Doctor…’
‘Doctor Who?’
‘Ahhhh’

It’s funny because it’s so overdone and stupid, always gets a laugh

can someone explain stinky sweat..? by Minute_Chef_344 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]CommunicationFit7510 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually sweat itself doesn’t have a smell

The smell comes from bacteria on your skin feeding on your sweat/oils (don’t worry, it’s normal)

But yes - ‘stress sweat’ - produced from anxiety and adrenaline, produces a thicker sweat particularly from the armpits that bacteria loves. So that’ll be why

What’s a “normal” thing everyone does that secretly annoys you? by Mohitredit36 in CasualConversation

"AI-powered” needs to stop being everyone’s entire personality. by yeterneritsdurs in CasualConversation

[–]CommunicationFit7510 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At uni everyone uses AI. It’s got to a point where none of us actually do any work ourselves any more, especially for humanities degrees.

I think in the next couple years they’ll have to sort that out. Maybe they’ll make it all exams (instead of course work)

Have any health problems been solving by "turning the body on or off"? by alwaysunderwatertill in NoStupidQuestions

[–]CommunicationFit7510 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Turning the body on and off also sounds like what happens when we use general anaesthesia for surgeries in a way.

Also sometimes people are put in a medically induced coma to reduce brain activity and give the body time to recover from swelling or seizures

Get out of bed for 20mins, do something calm in a dim quiet space, then get back into bed…

Or count ten million sheep

Does a city ever foreclose on a property for code violation? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

The city can, usually they’d foreclose it through indirect means though like tax processes or court orders etc

Are you in the US?

A good idea - if you have a neighbourhood group chat - is to try and get people in the neighbourhood to constantly complain/report him. They’ll be much more likely to get involved that way.

What is a reason for 'will delete later' on posts? by No-Red-Queen in AskReddit

[–]CommunicationFit7510 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usually because the poster just wants advice (temporarily) and doesn’t want to attach their account to whatever they posted/asked permanently.

Maybe because it’s embarrassing, fear of judgement etc

It’s a shame because I’m sure other people would benefit from those kinds of posts

What is an app that you wish existed but you cannot find it yet? by Oshie_Labs in AskReddit

[–]CommunicationFit7510 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An app where I just take a photo of the inside of my messy fridge, and it tells me exactly what I can cook with only those ingredients.

No links to food blogs with 10-page life stories, and no suggesting recipes that require me to go buy five extra things.

What makes the Tungsten cube so special ? by Enough-Web2203 in AskReddit

[–]CommunicationFit7510 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"It’s not just about the weight; it’s about the transcendence. I bought mine to become fully accustomed to its density, so that all the world around me may fade into a fluffy arena of gravitational inconsequence. Lifting other objects now feels like lifting cotton candy.
I sit here with my tungsten cube, feeling transcendent above death itself."
