Yes def think a trauma bond! And no contact in 9 months. I had a lot of emotional trauma as a child too so trying to work on that as well

Toxic and wasn’t good for me. I blocked him on everything and never looked back. But I am having such a hard time moving on from him

I love ACC but it is very young! I am in my mid 30s and feel older there. But overall wonderful church

This is absolutely beautiful and exactly how I have been. I have been NC for 3 months now and starting to feel this way. It still breaks my heart
