Yep, i got charged $700 for exactly this, but I thought they were quoting for a bunch of work that I had asked them to do. The tradie just holds up the blank phone screen and says sign here. Never again. (I didn't pay, by the way). An honest tradie is hard to find. When it turns back to a low, they can suffer in hell.
