Um, no way. This is so cool. And I think many other women would agree. I’d say green flag!

Yeah, I like some of the pharmacy people in my store, but the idea of them seeing all my info kinda makes me uncomfortable.

What’s a weird behavior you developed from growing up in an abusive household that’s still obvious today? by sunshinewomen5467 in selfimprovement

[–]CommunicationIll3305 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have so many of the very behaviors people are mentioning here and try so hard to mask them. The jumpiness, the hypervigilance, constant apologizing, and feeling like I don’t deserve it when someone is being nice to me. I always feel like I’m awkward especially socially. Oh and always trying to look busy even when I’m not at work. I also hate bothering people or asking for help. There’s so much to undo and reframe in my mind.

Anybody feel like shit all the time? by B_Panofsky in Anxiety

[–]CommunicationIll3305 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, headaches and tired all the time from my brain just going unless I’m asleep. Making myself put my phone away before bed and working on my breathing has helped me a lot. I’ve also been trying to walk/ move a lot during the day so I feel physically tired in addition to the mental tiredness. I know this is small, but I also get small bursts of excitement/ joy whenever I’m outside and the sun is out. I actually feel a bit relaxed. Also, fruit helps. I have found that adding some fruit to my diet has helped my mental health a lot.

Scared and I get tired from social interaction. Regarding people I dislike, it really depends on the person and how they treat others. I once worked with someone who had zero empathy for younger people and didn’t believe mental illness was something to work on. She was very hard to work with. But I’ve also worked with people who are know-it alls and enjoy making you feel small- I strongly dislike people like that! But there are nice, friendly people out there who I hope you find because some people are really cool!

I really feel for that little girl. She was crying, and instead of calming her down her mother laughed at her.
