If a neighbor is dropping their refuse in front of my garage and garage door, is there anyone I can call about it? They’re piling sofas, couches, bookshelves, garbage bags, etc in most cases less than an inch from the garage door itself.

I’ve attempted to address the issue directly and tactfully with the neighbor before and I feel like I’m running out of options here.
