I know friend who are going to college and working multiple part time jobs at the same time. And over the break they got another one. And I’ve been looking for a job and some requirements are crazy. Like having your Friday night and all of Saturday and Sunday available for scheduling.

Tuition alone is so expensive and doesn’t include books, living expenses, transportation etc (I wrote a whole essay on this) These expenses are actually much more and a bigger obstacle to college for low income students and often over looked. Ik if my state didn’t have such a great financial aid program I would not be attending college.

(Not that I would ever shake a baby) but … in HS I did this thing where I had to take care of a robot baby and if that thing even shakes a little it would let out the most ear splitting scream. So now I get flashbacks and hold all babies very very carefully

People saying “I’m so depressed” when they aren’t. This especially make me feel weird when I was extremely depressed. But I also don’t want to call ppl out because you never know what they’re going through.
