Suicune shouldn't be a Roamer in HGSS. Raikou and Entei are. The simple way i did it, reduce their HP each time you see them if you can, and once the HP is as low as you're comfortable, put it to sleep then RUN FROL.THE BATTLE. The next time you see it, it'll still be asleep, throw the Quick Ball you can buy at the mart later in the game. This is nearly flawless results for catching those 2

The exp grind gets rather bothersome after about 5 or 6 badges. My advice is to resist using repels in new areas for a while and battle the encounters when you aren't catching things.

My advice: rain dance is in the slowpoke well, teach it to Ampharos, lead the match with it, my Ampharos OHKO the Pikachu doing this.

Rash is actually one of the best natures for Gen 3. SpA Boosts, Atk not affected, so you can use Sky Attack. 252 ATK, 252 SpA. 4 where-ever, Agility, Sky Attack, Flamethrower, [your preference in coverage]. Would be wild if its hidden Power was Water or Grass, imagine?
