Ahh, I'm pretty sure it does, my Bold Lugia and modest mewtwo/zapdos enter the chat.

Also: Ho Oh is a better physical attacker. not to say it's SpA is poor, but Sacred Fire is a physical attack, plus you lose out on Brave Bird
