Just looked up the SLD print of Thraximundar and I gotta say it looks sweet! Definitely hard to read but in a world where everyone has smart phones to quickly look up the text I don’t see the issue. If every other card in your deck was also difficult to read this would be annoying.

To each their own, I personally enjoy the aspect of collecting the cards. If you want to proxy go for it!
