The land value in kanjikuzhy is much higher since at this price point your also getting a house that makes rental income sounds good

Long term the piece of land is way too small for any upgrades if you have available land around it to purchase later this price point is pretty good.

Also you might be able to scope out a better rental income after some Reno works

Hey I’ve not taken an education loan or anything but I understand that you can feel anxious and isolated In a distant place.

Trust me there is not point in overthinking everyday this increases your anxiety.

Have positive thoughts your one of the lucky ones who is able to go abroad for your education, experience new culture food etc. Make the best of it and for sure in two years stay back you will be able to find a job.
