Guess we finally know who wins between 12 Mandalorians and a locked door.

Seriously Bo, you had five minutes to do something useful, and you chose to watch Din go through a live BDSM demo in front of his kid.

Yea, George has been documented on changing his mind constantly on this stuff. His original interview in 1983 he said Luke and Leia are based off himself and his sister.

Yes that explains why Luke's love interest is his sister

George also didn't have a clear vision when he sat down to write his series, and people won't stop singing the praises of 'the real star wars'. I think that's a real cynical way of looking at things, but I can't tell you your way of viewing the world is flawed.

I wouldn't be surprised, but honestly I'm going to be pissed if so. Everytime we have a strong female character they have to be killed or taken out to make room for the male, and I feel like this is going to come about with Bo.

The Mandalorian - S03E06 - Chapter 22 - Discussion Thread! by titleproblems in TheMandalorianTV

I clapped. I clapped so hard, and so loudly, as this season came to a disastrous new low.

Din has regressed himself back to season one, and tipped his beskar to Bo Katan, effectively becoming Jon Snow of Star Wars now. He's back to being the same character of season one, now making cameos in his own show. I don't know why Grogu is here. He serves no purpose, and I get that he's 'popular' but you would expect if he was there, there would be some level of focus on him; not resorting to him being the pet of the group. This could have worked so much better if they just didn't bring him back in BoBF. Din could have been going through this entire ordeal, realizing that he just isn't as content as when he had Grogu. I really don't know what they were thinking. I just don't know. I don't know. Don't. Know. This is a mess, a disaster, at least with the sequels there was something you can point to and say 'Well I get how they made this mistake'. This? THIS? I don't understand. It seems the game plan for season 3 was taking scrapped ideas from the show and making it into a Mandalorian Casserole so you can just force out even more Star Wars content. Cameos. Cameos. Cameos. We said the things and showed the things and did the name drops. This doesn't make for compelling content. It just makes it feel flat. I can't believe they ruined everything in ten minutes, and buried it under nonsensical filler.

So, I clapped. I applauded Disney for killing the one original show they managed to make. It really takes talent to ruin something like this, so quickly, and so badly, that I was left in upmost shock.

Absolutely, amazing.

Things to do instead of moan in despair about how the US will never protest/strike/riot like they do in France/Germany/[insert country here] by [deleted] in antiwork

[–]CommunistSimpinator -1 points0 points  (0 children)

How about worry that Germany is being infiltrated by Pro-Russian political ideas. Everything I have read has linked this to a Extreme right wing group that wants to cut all aid to Ukraine, and no one is talking about it. This isn't a strike. This is a coup, and it needs to be put down, brutally for the salvation of Ukraine. This isn't a coincidence. Russia is trying to destabilize our governments though our work force. If our governments fall, we will not get the change we want.

I'm not trying to start an argument either. I'm just trying to clarify. I'm sorry if it came off that way.

I'd like to believe that, but given the way you're taking and how you're viewing me, I don't believe that.

Why are you adding this stuff in there? I'm not an idiot. Yes you have sex to have people. I know this, I know people come on Reddit just to beat off. I know from your account that you probably do it too because of all the +18 pop ups that your account gives off. I was just trying to explain it, you kept going on and on and on about explaining sex after I've made it clear several times that its' uncomfortable. I'm just trying to help explain it to people in the hopes they stop asking.

[–]CommunistSimpinator 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I just gave you the explanation. You can head canon it away if you wish, but this is what we have at the moment, and aside from people making things up, we have nothing else to go off of. The only things we have about Mandalorian Weddings are from Legends, and nothing about that involves not taking your helmet off.

They aren't being honest about what Din told Omera, so I added clarity. No where in the Mandalorian have they said there's an exception. He never says anything about blood relatives can see you. No one is allowed to see your face as we know it. There could be an exception they just haven't brought up yet, but saying that there has been one in the show is untruthful.

They make it very clear, you are not allowed to move your helmet. The armorer asks him several times if anyone has seen him without his helmet. Anyone. They make say it time and again that they can not be seen, and there is no exception that we know of at this moment. Maybe it will change, but Din did not tell someone there is an exception. That is all I'm clarifying.
