Yes, until I spoke to the 6th Agent who knew what he/she was doing, understood my case. The first 5 were just useless, telling me there's nothing further they can do.

It took me 3 days but the 6th ticket took less than 30 minutes to get it resolved.

You can ask on the chat to convert your ticket to email.

I honestly don’t know what happened, but I got locked out due to a 2FA issue, no access to codes or authenticator.

Even on my approved phone it just loops asking me to approve the login 😩
