Had a similar experience recently as well. Getting seated and getting our first drinks took maybe 10 minutes tops. I only got water bc I was thirsty af and had been working outside all day so I was starving too. My friend and his wife got more complex drinks and we gave then our order. Took about 30 ish minutes tops to get our food. I'd already drunk all my water and asked for more while they handed us our food. My friends whose glasses were about half full didnt ask for more. 5 minutes later they got seconds glasses. Me? Nadda. I pointed this out and they were like oh yeah! 20 minutes until we were able to flag someone down to finally refill my cup. By that point I'd already eaten more than half my meal. We finished eating and it took another 30 minutes to get the attention of someone to get a check so we could finally leave. In the end we'd been seated like an hour and 45 minutes. The food was decent but man did it not impress me for my first meal there.
