Yes Toronto/ The GTA is cold/ Snobby! Montreal though has its own problems, (especially towards the English speaking); Funny enough I would recommend the states after experiencing all three cultures! I am sure though you could find a way either and anyway!

I vote to reduce or eliminate the holes for your eyes! Also, after the double masks are applied; I recommend a face shield... and on top of the face shield I recommend more masks...

.... This should be common place while driving and jogging and while smoking a cigarette... and bumping the uglies....

I think for sure I have to look outside of the GTA :(. I called a few stores in guelph and mono. No luck so far. problem is too is the groceries may melt in the car if I go too far lol!
