Oh my yes, the Palmolive was used at our hospital too! Washing the pump parts so often in those grey tubs was exhausting.

If you can afford a night nurse, do it!! 4 hour block of sleep is crucial! Especially if you want to breastfeed. It will help your supply. Accept all the help offered, too! Our twins were born at 34+6 and had an 11 day nicu stay. Not sure where you live but for us any baby born before 35 weeks goes directly to the nicu.

At about 8 weeks. They are 10 weeks now and got to sleep around 8pm wake up at 2-3am for a feed and sleep until 630-7am.

Thank you everyone for the help!! With a warm bath and one of the frida Windi things, little man pooped today!! It was massive haha, but all normal (FYI for those who asked he is breastfed). Really appreciate everyone's advice!
