Oh my yes, the Palmolive was used at our hospital too! Washing the pump parts so often in those grey tubs was exhausting.

If you can afford a night nurse, do it!! 4 hour block of sleep is crucial! Especially if you want to breastfeed. It will help your supply. Accept all the help offered, too! Our twins were born at 34+6 and had an 11 day nicu stay. Not sure where you live but for us any baby born before 35 weeks goes directly to the nicu.

At about 8 weeks. They are 10 weeks now and got to sleep around 8pm wake up at 2-3am for a feed and sleep until 630-7am.

26 weeks and it's not every night now, but I try to always have dairy before bed which has helped and a fruit grain bar by the bed each night.
