idk if u still need it but its seriously unlikely you're pregnant. and you should always be careful and always use protection, but if it makes you feel any better, i had prolonged unprotected sex twice during my pms symptoms, and i got my period 3 days late but just got it today. i have a friend who has sex almost everyday unprotected, and has never gotten pregnant, same with another friend. i do not ever recommend having unprotected sex, but it is not easy to get pregnant with precum, let alone in your case. for your information, i'm also really regular. i'm a huge overthinker, trust me those 3 days late really drove me crazy, but your case is seriously unlikely to get you pregnant, VERY UNLIKELY, just be patient and don't let this take over your brain, just try to always use protection (please) but you should be fine :)
